Washington Football Team Rebrand: The Washington Justice

Washington, D.C. is the capital of the United States and as such should stand for the ideals of our country. A virtue we try to uphold is justice. The Pledge of Allegiance ends with the following phrase: "with liberty and justice for all." To have the team named the Washington Justice would show the organizations both symbolic and tangible commitment to change. The culture of the past, both with the recent revelations of the office culture problems and the racist overtones of the former name, a promise to the community, the fans, the players and the world that this team stands for the right things would be on full display in their new name and logo. With Lady Justice on prominent display, it also shows that female representation is important for the franchise.

I played around with the logo, the helmet and came up with a couple of alternatives.
